Peninsula Pedallers is a welcoming club for recreational cyclists based in South-East Melbourne, Victoria. We offer a friendly and supportive environment where members can enjoy a variety of cycling experiences together.
Our Rides:
Our quarterly Ride Calendar features a diverse selection of rides every Sunday and Wednesday. Each entry includes the date, meeting location, distance, and a short description
Enjoy occasional weekend getaways that combine cycling with social activities.
Two Groups to Choose From:
Faster Group: For those seeking longer and more challenging rides.
Leisure Group: A more relaxed pace for casual cyclists.
Rides generally range from 40km to 80km, with an average of around 60km.
Safety and Support:
Ride Coordinators organise our rides to accommodate the group's abilities, with a Tail End Charlie who ensures everyone stays together and assists with any issues.
We encourage our riders to adhere to road rules and make common-sense decisions to create a safe riding environment.

Membership
Join Peninsula Pedallers
Become part of an active bicycle club that serves South-East Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
Membership Options:
Individual Membership: $20 per year
Family Membership: $30 per year (for 2 adults).
Each additional adult member: $10
Eligibility:
Members must be 18 years or older.

Try Before You Join
We recommend that potential members experience our rides first-hand before committing to membership. We require new riders to join us for three rides to get a feel for the club and our riding styles before they apply for membership.
Start with the Leisure Group: This group is perfect for newcomers and those seeking a more relaxed pace. The average riding speed is 15-20 km/h.
Explore the Fast Group: If you're looking for a more challenging ride, consider joining the Fast Group. The average speed for this group is 18-25 km/h.
